This policy explains how TV Rex ("we", "us") handles your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account & alerts: if you create an account or set a price watch, we collect your email address (and your name if you provide it) so we can sign you in and send the price alerts you asked for.
- Usage data: like most sites, we collect standard analytics (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location) via cookies to understand and improve the site.
How we use it
To run your account, send the price-drop alerts you've opted into, respond to your enquiries, keep the site secure, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the site - our email delivery provider (to send your alerts), our analytics provider, and hosting. Retailers we link to may set their own cookies once you click through; their privacy policies apply from that point.
Email & unsubscribe
You only receive emails you've opted into (account confirmation and the price alerts you set). Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can turn off any or all alerts from your account at any time.
Your rights
